چکیده

Background and Aim: Recent research has shown that microRNAs (miRNAs) can be regarded as new biomarkers for metabolic angiogenesis-related diseases. This study aimed to investigate the effect of 8 weeks resistance training on expression miRNAs associated with adipose tissue angiogenesis in rats a high-fat diet. Materials Methods: Forty male Wistar were randomly divided into four groups (each 10 rats): normal diet, diet+resistance training, training. The performed 5 sessions protocol each week weeks. After one familiarity ladders, 2nd week, weights 30% body weight attached rats’ tails, which gradually reached about 180% their by end To evaluate diet miR-221, miR-222, miR-329, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) variables, sampling mesenteric was immediately after killing animals. Results: levels VEGF group+normal group+high-fat increased significantly compared control (P=0.001, P=0.001, respectively). However, no significant difference observed any regarding miR-329 (P=0.103). Conclusion: results showed

Comparing the 6 weeks of high-intensity interval and continuous training with standard diet on desnutrin and FNDC5 genes expression after a period of high fat diet in subcutaneous adipose tissue and the quadriceps muscle tissue of obese male rats

Introdution: Obesity is a systemic disorder that disruption the regulation of the effective proteins; in fat metabolism (Desnurtin, FNDC5 it leads to resistance to insulin and Diabetes.  The aim of this study was comparing the 6 weeks of high-intensity interval and continuous training with standard diet on desnutrin and FNDC5 genes expression in subcutaneous adipose tissue and the quadrice...

Effects of Endurance Training on the Expression of Cathepsin B (CTSB) and Cathepsin L (CTSL) genes in the Adipose Tissue of Mice with a High-Fat Diet

Introduction: In high-fat diet-induced obesity, the levels of cathepsin L (CTSL) and cathepsin B (CTSB) increase in adipocytes, resulting in insulin resistance in the adipose tissue. In this study, the preventive effect of endurance training on the gene expression of CTSL and CTSB was investigated in the adipose tissue of mice with a high-fat diet. Materials and Methods: Twenty-one male mice (a...

Effect of Eight Weeks of Aerobic Progressive Training with Capsaicin on Changes in PGC-1α and UPC-1 Expression in Visceral Adipose Tissue of Obese Rats With Diet

Objective: Decreased physical activity coupled with increased High‐Fat Diet (HFD) intake prompts obesity. Current research suggests that changing White Adipose Tissue (WAT) to brown promotes energy expenditure to counter obesity. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of aerobic Progressive training and Capsaicin (Cap) on Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coacti...
